TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”), along with our Privacy Policy (available at https://kingdomwealthforum.org), constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“user” or “you”), and Kingdom Wealth Forum, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 4801 Glenwood Ave, Suite 200-1105, Raleigh, NC 27612 (“KWF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://kingdomwealthforum.org website and related digital channels (collectively, the “Sites”).

Kingdom Wealth Forum offers educational and nonprofit support services to mission-driven entrepreneurs, early-stage startups, and community-focused initiatives (“KWF Services”). Supplemental terms and conditions may apply to specific services or campaigns and are hereby incorporated by reference.

The Sites are operated in the United States. Those who choose to access the Sites from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

Minors (generally under 18 years of age) are not permitted to register or use the Sites unless under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

DONATIONS & TRANSACTIONS

As a nonprofit, Kingdom Wealth Forum may collect voluntary donations and offer event registrations, digital goods, or fundraising campaigns. Any such financial transactions are governed by applicable terms, including no-refund policies unless stated otherwise. All donations are processed in USD.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and change campaign details or donation incentives at our sole discretion. Sales tax, where applicable, will be added.

APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING (if applicable)

If you schedule an appointment with us for coaching, training, or other services, we request notice of rescheduling or cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to apply a missed appointment fee for repeated no-shows, which may be credited toward future services.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using our Sites, you confirm that:

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe information provided is false or misuse has occurred.

CONTRIBUTIONS & CONTENT LICENSE

You may post content such as comments, reviews, or submissions (“Contributions”). You retain ownership but grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use and share your content in connection with our mission and communications.

You agree not to post content that:

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or reclassify contributions at our discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Sites—including logos, graphics, media, and text—is owned or licensed by Kingdom Wealth Forum and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Sites may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for content, privacy policies, or practices on those sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also stop using our services at any time.

MODIFICATIONS

We may revise this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our Sites with a revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

DISPUTES

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Wake County, NC. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Wealth Forum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Sites or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to us in the three months preceding a claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Wealth Forum, its board, staff, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of this Agreement.
